Ministries is an empowering ministry with a global
mandate. This ministry exists to facilitate the
needs of individuals in pursuit of destiny and
purpose.

WOEM is to unite women from all walks of life
in one aim, purpose and vision,
as we strive to
Promote excellence
and professionalism
Provide spiritual and emotional support
Increase the bond of sisterhood and fellowship
Our mission is to bring women together where they
can be empowered and transformed through the
study of the Word, prayer, and by the power of
the Spoken Word and the anointing of the Holy
Spirit
to fulfil God’s original plan, as they understand
His purpose for their lives.
Our focus is not
denomination but ‘kingdom reality’. Our objective
is not ‘personal agenda’, but to carry
out the mandate given by Christ Himself, which
is, ‘to know Christ and to make Him known holistically
to all. Our goal is not merely socialization but
to promote personal growth and intimacy with the
Lord that
the quality of the lives of God’s Daughters would
be enhanced.
Through WOEM an
environment is created for women of all walks
of life - from housewife to executive - to have
a timeout from the daily grind of life and come
face to face with their own vulnerabilities. Hence,
the birth of Women of Excellence Ministries Spiritual
Caribbean Conferences.
Women of Excellence
Ministries, although facilitated by women is not
exclusively for women,
as there are times when we facilitate programs
that are geared to minister to and meet the needs
of our men. It is a holistic ministry, with a
kingdom assignment which caters to the total man.
